Delivery Information
We deliver to both
residential and commercial street addresses. Sorry, no deliveries to P.O.
Boxes. We strongly recommend delivery to your recipient’s place of business, as
Federal law requires an adult signature for delivery. In no instance can a gift be left without the receipt of an adult signature. A phone number is
required for both sender and recipient on all orders.
We van deliver gifts containing alcohol beverages to 40 states
and more than 40 countries internationally. Non-alcohol gifts are
available in all 50 states and to every country we service.
Minors are forbidden by law to send or receive alcohol beverages. Violators will be
prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

How To Order
Customized Orders
We prefer to work with camera ready
artwork, however; we will work from business cards or letterhead stationary if necessary.
If we create the artwork for you,
please understand that there will be an additional charge for this service.
Pricing for the creation of
customized orders varies based on the complexity of the design. It is impossible to
provide an exact quote without first seeing the artwork.
A one-time set-up fee applies to
each order.
A sample is provided for your
approval after receipt of 50% deposit. Allow 2-4 weeks for production. Faster turnaround
is available for an additional charge.
Once signature approval is obtained
there are no refunds for customized orders.
Pricing Pricing
Please add $8.99 for delivery to
all orders. Taxes are additional and will be calculated based on
the state to which your delivery is made.
Some items are oversized and
require a surcharge for delivery. The total cost for
delivery on these items is noted in parentheses after the
price.
Prices are subject to change.
Substitutions may be made with items of equal or greater value. All bottles are 750ml
except as noted. Vintage and packaging where available.

Our Guarantee Our Guarantee
Your complete satisfaction is our goal. If you, or your recipient, are
displeased with the product or service received, we will provide a full refund to your
account upon return of the product to Liquor by Wire.
We guarantee that at least one delivery attempt will be made within the
requested delivery time. However, federal law requires Liquor by Wire to obtain an adult
signature. There are no refunds or partial credits issued for orders not delivered within
the specified time if an adult signature is unavailable.
